Instructions for preparation of posters

The posters will be displayed on poster walls during the session. The size of a poster wall will be 110 cm (width) x 145 cm (height). Hence, you can put on it a large A0 poster in the portrait format.

The printed posters will be only available for viewing for two hours, during the poster session on Tuesday. You can however send us the pdf file of your poster and it will be then available online during the entire conference.The poster pdf files should be sent until 3 June per email to posters@bcsccs.de; the maximum size of a pdf file is 5 Mb. Please indicate in the email the symposium to which your poster belongs.
