All participants have to register online and to pay the registration fee. The registration is considered completed only when the registration fee has been paid. Early registration is recommended because the total number of participants is limited.

The conference will include talks by symposium organizers, invited talks, short and long contributed talks, and posters. You should always indicate a symposium to which your presentation belongs. Selection of contributed talks and posters will be performed by symposium organizers. Please directly contact in advance the respective symposium organizers if you wish to propose a longer talk; only a small number of such talks are possible.

The registration deadline is 31 March. Acceptance of posters will be confirmed by 15 April and of contributed talks by 25 April.

The registration fee of 350 EUR should be paid until 31 March by bank transfer or online by a credit card. The reduced fee of 300 EUR is for students and invited speakers.

Abstracts should be prepared by using special LaTEX and Word templates and submitted as PDF files. Detailed instructions for the preparation of posters are sent with the acceptance confirmation emails.
